The Mobile Press-Register runs down the latest facts and rumors on Saban's hiring of assistants. They say it'll probably either be Brohm or Applewhite as OC. The story also mentions three more hires Saban announced on Friday.

The #4 ranked Alabama gymnastics team kicked off it's season last night with a win over Oklahoma at Coleman Coliseum. Unfortunately, Jacqueline Shealy (daughter of former Tide QB Steadman Shealy) tore her ACL. Best wishes to her for a speedy recovery. Check out the rest of team's schedule here.

Made it through week 1 of classes. My new laptop should arrive early next week and that will increase my frequency of posting since I won't have to run over the library all the time.
