The TV time for the next two Alabama games have been set.
This Saturday, Alabama will take on the Houston Cougars from Bryant-Denny Stadium, and kick-off will be at 2:07. The game will not be televised, and will be available only on pay-per-view.
The following Saturday the Tide will travel to Oxford to play the Ole Miss Rebels in Vaught-Hemingway Stadium. That game will kick-off at 11:30 and will be broadcast on Lincoln Financial Sports, according to a recent announcement on SECsports.com. This will be fourth consecutive time that Alabama v. Ole Miss in Oxford has kicked off at 11:30. The 2001, 2003, and 2005 games were all 11:30 kick-offs as well.
The following week will bring Tennessee, and according to ESPN that game is slated as being on CBS. However, the games usually are not chosen until the days before the game, and there are other good games that day, such as Auburn at LSU and Kentucky at Florida. If we lose either of the next two, or if Tennessee falls to Georgia, the Alabama v. October game may be a night game. If so, that would be the first time that we've ever had a scheduled night game against Tennessee in Tuscaloosa.
