In a shocker, it appears that Les Miles will be staying at LSU. It was initially reported a few minutes ago by the Ann Arbor News, the Times-Picayune, and the Advocate, and now LSU athletic director Skip Bertman has confirmed the story. LSU has a press conference scheduled for 12:45 central time in Atlanta to announce that an extension has been agreed to by both parties.
So... you can officially dismiss those off-the-wall Nick Saban going back to LSU rumors.
