The No. 2 Tide Softball team took to the road for the first time yesterday, splitting their double-header with No. 22 Florida. They extended their win streak to 25 with a 6-2 win over the Gators in the first game, but couldn't hold on as the Gators took the second 8-4. They take to the road again this weekend for a three game series in Columbia.
The Baseball team's woes continue, as they dropped another one run game in Birmingham yesterday, making that five losses in the last six games after a 12-2 start. They'll start conference play this weekend, hosting Tennessee (boo! hiss!) at Sewell-Thomas starting Friday.
