Tide to Use Karate on Opponents

According to TideSports, part of the grueling offseason program Alabama's players went through was karate classes:

By now, it's no secret that the University of Alabama football team underwent a grueling offseason program.

As expected, the players endured a lot of new experiences, one of which was a karate program.

"Karate was new and different, but it definitely helped with all the stretching we did," senior defensive back Simeon Castille said. "We stretched for like 30 minutes, but it's going to help with your hips, hamstrings, quads, and it really helps your balance, too."

Okay, so they didn't actually learn karate, but when I read the headline Summer karate program helpful in the fall my mind immediately went to Necessary Roughness, but since there's no YouTube of the scene where the crazy karate guy that's always wearing camo takes out the whole O-Line with roundhouse kicks, here's Tenacious D.
