According to Paul Finebaum -- yes, I know, the source of all pointless radio blather in the greater Birmingham area -- Fox 6 News out of Birmingham is reporting that Josh Chapman will play tomorrow.
I have no clue as to the credibility of those reports, of course, but it's interesting to note, and probably correct.
Considering I would expect the athletic department to be as cautious as humanly possible with Chapman, I would imagine things have been fully cleared up in regard to his status.
I just wonder if he's been cleared by the NCAA with the new transcript. We'll see. That could keep him from playing this week, but I guess next week should be okay.
That helps us out at defensive tackle quite a bit. Suddenly we can have a three-man rotation without having to move another player.
