Your RBR Word of the Day: interlard

New, comments

interlard \in-tuhr-LARD\ , verb;
1. To insert between; to mix or mingle; especially, to introduce something foreign or irrelevant into; as, "to interlard a conversation with oaths or allusions."

The interlarding of receivers into the rotation at safety is an uncomfortable reminder of the lack of depth in the secondary.
