It is the summer of my smiles - flee from me Keepers of the Gloom
If the weather will cooperate today (though looking out the window? yeesh...) we might get some hot non-revenue sport action going in a little while. LSU and Ole Miss are set for a 9:30 start in Hoover (according to weather.com that's not looking likely) with Alabama taking on Florida 30 minutes afterwards. Both LSU and 'Bama are one win away from advancing to the championship game tomorrow, so let's hope both can get it done in the first game instead of waiting around all night for the "if necessary" games, 'cause lord knows it's going to be hard enough just getting the scheduled matches going in this weather. Both games are to be televised on Fox Sports South (any extra games will move over to CSS), or you can watch them on ESPN3.com. The SEC Tournament Central page has you covered with the gametracker action. You should also probably be following SEC Sports Update over at twitter for any news on delays and whatnot.
Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the softball team is set to take on Hawaii in a double header starting at 11 am. The Tide needs two of three against the Rainbow Wahine to advance to the WCWS (Tennessee and Washington have already punched their tickets), so throw any good luck 'Bama hoodoo you can their way and let's take both today. ESPNU has you covered on the TV end, and rolltide.com will inevitably have a liveblog going, though I can't seem to find it at the moment. You should also be following Tommy Deas over at the twitter for updates.
UPDATE: Official word (at least for now) is that both Alabama/Hawaii and LSU/Ole Miss are on for 11am.
