Apologies gang, but SBN went wonky while I was putting this together and now I'm running late so we'll have to make this one quick and dirty. Be sure and read OTS's thoughts from yesterday's presser to get up to speed on what's happening at practice, and here's some links to help you goof off this morning:
Chris Low ponders the possibility of Alabama producing two 1000 yard rushers this year. Worth watching since he also breaks down the historical significance if it comes to fruition.
"You’re not going to get any negatives out of me relative to the great venue that I think Bryant-Denny Stadium has been to play in," Alabama football head coach Nick Saban said. "I’m sure now it will be even better – maybe one of the best in the country."
Saban confirms that Corey Grant's move to corner was nothing more than an "emergency" measure that, barring an apocalyptic run of injuries, isn't permanent.
"We're encouraged by their ability," Saban said, "but we've got to keep working through trying to get them to be more consistent."
With Star Jackson gone, Greg McElroy is now our only QB with game experience.
Even if he can't play this season, at least we'll have an experienced safety to practice against. #desperatelyclingingtothebrightside
