You might have heard that Alabama's running back Mark Ingram spent a little time in the doctor's office yesterday. Coach Saban's 168-word announcement remains the only information about the incident we have but that didn't stop the inevitable tsunami of speculation, soul-searching and serious nonsense. In terms of the game on Saturday it means that Trent Richardson will get his first start against San Jose State and a well deserved honor it is.
