Not the most visually appealing victory on the year, but in any event Trent Richardson and the 'Bama defense leads Alabama to a relatively comfortable 24-7 victory over Mississippi State, casting aside any serious short-term concerns regarding an LSU hangover. Areas for improvement are plentiful, but on a day that has seen both Boise and Stanford go down hard, not to mention Auburn and Tennessee getting annihilated on the road, we'll save the complaints for another day.
