So here's another pretty easy offering, and the first (and probably only) dessert you'll ever see me putting on here since a) I'm not really a sweet tooth kind of guy, I'll take a stack of bacon over cake any day of the week, and b) call me Rachael Ray cause I don't bake (can't wait to read the comments on that...).  Anyway, this is easy, tasty, and it's one more thing you can make the night before so you can actually enjoy gameday. 

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

2  8oz packages Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup confectioner's sugar
2/3 cup peanut butter - creamy or crunchy is up to you. I went with creamy since you'll have the Reese's cups in there anyway, but if you just want to go crazy have at it.
2/3 cup frozen whipped topping
10 Reese's mini peanut butter cups
1 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust - If you've just gotta be Paul Dean and make your own crust...

Combine the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, and peanut butter in a mixing bowl and combine 'til good and smooth.  Fold in the whipped topping. Coarsely chop 6 of the Reese's cups and add to the mixture. Spoon into the crust, then quarter the rest of the Reese's cups and arrange them on top. Pop it in the fridge and let it sit for at least 3 hours, though overnight works best. And there you have it, about the easiest dessert you'll find outside of a bowl full of Snicker's bars.
