Sticking with the hipster filter, 'cause I can.
So this one is ridiculously easy, and completely ripped off from here. It's basically a fancy "pigs in a blanket," but instead of using breakfast sausage like she did I used Italian sausage, which is why I'm being racist offensive clever and calling it "Guidos in a Blanket."
Ingredients
16 oz - Italian Sausage. I used hot, but if you can't roll like that, go with the mild sissy. If you can't find it w/out the casing, that's about six links.
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
2 - 8 oz packages of crescent dinner rollsPreheat oven to 350. Brown and drain sausage . Combine sausage & cream cheese. Roll out the crescent rolls, and add a good spoonful of the mixture to the center of each. Either roll into a crescent, or form into a nice little pocket (which is what I did, 'cause after about four tries I realized my brain does not comprehend "roll into crescent."). Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake about 15 - 20 minutes or until golden brown.
