If you aren't yet familiar with Donald Glover as Troy from NBC's Community, or from his 100% serious turn as unconscious rapper Childish Gambino, you need to look into both of those. Donald got his start, though, in Derrick Comedy, an internet sketch comedy group. This sketch is my favorite.
