Warmack Coming to Alabama in 2015

Offensive guard Dallas Warmack, the younger brother of former Tide lineman Chance Warmack has committed to the Crimson Tide for the class of 2015. The younger Warmack is 6-2 and 290 lbs. from Mays High School in Atlanta. He chose Alabama over offers from Georgia, Auburn, Tennessee, and Vandy. He is the fourth commitment for 2015.

Auburn De-commit Turns Eyes to Bama

2014 4-star center Joshua Casher has de-committed from the Auburn Tigers. Casher from St. Paul's in Mobile, Alabama is rated the #1 center by Rivals. He grew up an Alabama fan but thought Auburn was the right fit for him before his change of heart on Monday. The Tide staff has re-extended their offer to Casher but with numbers getting tight, it could be an offer with an expiration date that cannot be dragged out to February.

Casher won the offensive line MVP at the Rivals Camp Series in Hoover in April. He also has offers from Florida State, Florida, Missouri, Texas Tech, among others.

UGA-Bama Battle

The battle for linebacker Christian Miller is heating up. The former Florida commit camped at Bama this past week after being in Athens, Ga. the week before. It looks like it will come down to Georgia and Alabama for the 4-star.
UPDATE

New Prospects

Two new Athletes have emerged on the scene.

Baylor commit Davion Hall (6-2/186) caught the Alabama staff’s eyes after his fine performance at the second summer camp last week. He runs a 4.5 40 and could play either safety or wide receiver in college. The Texarkana, TX (Liberty-Eylau) native currently holds 4-stars but expect another one to come his way soon. He has scheduled an official visit for the Bama-LSU game on November 8.

Another Athlete on the radar is junior college player Tyreek Hill. He is 5-8 and 185 lbs but runs a legitimate 4.4 in the 40. Alabama is looking at him as a kick returner. Think Javier Arenasbut faster! Originally from Douglas, Ga., Hill was overlooked coming out of high school and went off to Garden City CC in Kansas. He has offers from several top programs but the finalist appear to be Alabama, Oklahoma, FSU, Arkansas, and Oklahoma State. (Click his name for juco highlights)

Hawkeye Wavering?

4-star tackle and Iowa Hawkeye commit Ross Pierschbacher is moving up the charts in Tuscaloosa. The Cedar Falls, Iowa native is big (6-4/275) and strong as an ox. He is scheduled to make an unofficial visit to Tuscaloosa and Palo Alto this week. See what our SBN friends at the Iowa site think of this development here.
