*UPDATE* : Robert Foster Headed to T-Town.

Good news?

Just a little clarification from's Matt Scalici

"We're just waiting for the official transcript right now," Lyons told BamaOnline. "He's moving forward and should be ready to go."

The addition of Foster along with former grayshirt signee Bradley Bozeman, who was given the go ahead on Tuesday by Alabama to join the team for this season, would give Alabama 26 incoming scholarship freshmen along with two highly regarded walk-ons in quarterback Jake Del Rio and safety Jai Miller.

Hope for the best...

This may be a tad late, but Tide Sports is supposedly reporting that, per his high school coach, 5 Star Wide Receiver Robert Foster is "en route" to Alabama. It's behind a pay wall so forgive me if I'm too cheap to sign up. I did a quick Google search and found no other reference. However, twitter seems to know something we officially do not.

Reliable source:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Per CV coach Mark Lyons, as we reported this morning, <a href=";src=hash">#Bama</a> signee Robert Foster is &quot;..good. He&#39;s ready to go camp.&quot; <a href=""></a></p>&mdash; John Garcia Jr. (@JohnGarcia_Jr) <a href="">July 30, 2013</a></blockquote>

Not so reliable source:

<blockquote class="twitter-tweet"><p>Good RT <a href="">@Bama_man_Judd</a>: <a href="">@TheAlabamaLogo</a> <a href="">@SabanSays</a> sure y&#39;all know, but Robert Foster, and Bradly Bosmen are both cleared to join the team.</p>&mdash; Coach Saban (@SabanSays) <a href="">July 30, 2013</a></blockquote>

<script async src="//" charset="utf-8"></script>

This certainly seems like good news, but until I hear it come from Saban himself or an official UA press release, I'll remain skeptical.

Roll Tide, anyways.
