  • CC - record against cupcakes

Vanderbilt Commodores (3-9, SEC 0-8, P5 0-0, MM 0-0, CC 3-1)

Vanderbilt did not qualify.

Kentucky Wildcats (5-7, SEC 2-6, P5 0-1, MM 0-0, CC 3-0)

Kentucky did not qualify.

South Carolina Gamecocks (6-6, SEC 3-5, P5 0-1, MM 1-0, CC 2-0)

Saturday, December 27, 2014 Independence Bowl Shreveport, La.

Miami (Fla.) (6-6) vs. South Carolina (6-6) 3pm / 4pm ABC ABC

The 'U' is 8-5-2 against South Carolina, winning the last six meetings. But they have not played since 1987.

Texas A&M Aggies (7-5, SEC 3-5, P5 0-0, MM 0-0, CC 4-0)

Monday, December 29, 2014 Liberty Bowl Memphis, Tenn.

West Virginia (7-5) vs. Texas A&M (7-5) 1pm / 2pm ESPNESPN

Interestingly, WVU was the team brought in to replace TAMU in the Big 12 Conference.

Arkansas Razorbacks (6-6, SEC 2-6, P5 1-0, MM 1-0, CC 2-0)

Monday, December 29, 2014, Texas Bowl, Houston, Texas

Texas (6-6) vs. Arkansas (6-6) 8pm / 9pm ESPNESPN

Two old Southwest Conference foes renew their rivalry. Texas leads the series 56–21.

LSU Tigers (8-4, SEC 4-4, P5 1-0, MM 0-0, CC 3-0)

Tuesday, December 30, 2014, Music City Bowl, Nashville, Tenn.

Notre Dame (7-5) vs. LSU (8-4) 2pm / 3pm ESPNESPN

These two teams have played 10 times with each school winning five.

Georgia Bulldogs (9-3, SEC 6-2, P5 1-1, MM 0-0, CC 2-0)

Tuesday, December 30, 2014, Belk Bowl, Charlotte, N.C.

Louisville (9-3) vs. Georgia (9-3) 5:45pm / 6:45pm ESPNESPN

UGA will face the defensive coordinator, Todd Grantham, that they "let" the 'Ville hire away this past off-season. Grantham was the target of many of the Dawgs fans criticisms for the teams' shortcoming in recent years.

Ole Miss Rebels (9-3, SEC 5-3, P5 0-0, MM 1-0, CC 3-0)

Wednesday, December 31, 2014, Peach Bowl, Atlanta, Ga.

TCU (11-1) vs. Ole Miss (9-3) 11:30am / 12:30pm ESPNESPN

This will be an interesting game. The Frogs will want to prove that they deserved a spot in the Final 4. Meanwhile, Rebs senior QB Bo Wallace has one last chance to cast out the demons of "Bad Bo".

Mississippi State Bulldogs (10-2, SEC 6-2, P5 0-0, MM 0-0, CC 4-0)

Wednesday, December 31, 2014, Orange Bowl, Miami, Fla.

Georgia Tech (10-3) vs. Mississippi State (10-2) 7pm / 8pm ESPNESPN

The Bullies have never defeated the Yellow Jackets in four meetings. GT swept a home-and-home in 2008-2009. The other two games were in 1908 and 1929.

Auburn Tigers (8-4, SEC 4-4, P5 1-0, MM 0-0, CC 3-0)

Thursday, January 1, 2015, Outback Bowl, Tampa, Fla.

Wisconsin (10-3) vs. Auburn (8-4) 11:00am / Noon ESPN2

Just like he did after Bret Bielema left Wisky two years ago, the Badgers AD/Despot/former coach Barry Alvarez named himself interim coach to feed his ego and to collect yet another fat pay check for little effort. Shameless.

Missouri Tigers (10-3, SEC 7-1, P5 0-1, MM 0-0, CC 3-0)

Thursday, January 1, 2015, Citrus Bowl, Orlando, Fla.

Minnesota (8-4) vs. Missouri (10-3) 11:30am / 12:30pm ABCABC

Gophers coach Jerry Kill is getting a lot of attention as of late. He has had some serious health issues as he battles epilepsy but he has made Minnesota into a winner. He was named this year's Big Ten Coach of the Year.

Tennessee Volunteers (6-6, SEC 3-5, P5 0-1, MM 2-0, CC 1-0)

Friday, January 2, 2015, TaxSlayer Bowl, Jacksonville, Fla.

Iowa (7-5) vs. Tennessee (6-6) 2:20pm / 3:20pm ESPNESPN

There is very little history between these two teams. They split two games in the 1980s. This will be the third straight bowl match-up of SEC vs. Big Ten.

Florida Gators (6-5, SEC 4-4, P5 0-1, MM 0-0, CC 2-0)

Saturday, January 03, 2015, Birmingham Bowl, Birmingham, Ala.

Florida (6-5) vs. East Carolina (8-4) 11:00am / Noon ESPNESPN

The Gators return to Legion Field for the first time since they split the first two SEC Championship Games with Alabama 1992-1993.

Alabama Crimson Tide (12-1, SEC 7-1, P5 1-0, MM 0-0, CC 3-0)

Thursday, January 01, 2015, Sugar Bowl, New Orleans, La.

#1 Alabama (12-1) vs. #4 Ohio State (12-1) 7:30pm / 8:30pm ESPNESPN

So many storylines, so little time. Bama is 3-0 against the Buckeyes. Their last meeting was almost 20 years to the day when the Tide won 24-17 in the Citrus Bowl. The other wins were a 16-10 win in East Rutherford, NJ for the 1986 Kick-off Classic and a 35-6 drubbing in the 1978 Sugar Bowl.

ROLL TIDE!
