Alabama Football 2014: Seven Players make the Maxwell and Bednarik Watch List

Look, I'm all for celebrating anytime an Alabama player is being mentioned for an individual award, but outside of giving us something to talk about, these pre-season award watch lists are rather meaningless. Also, I've become a tad numb at seeing Alabama players listed among the nation's elite. #BamaProblems

But, again, it's the off-season and these lists being released shows us that football is well its way.
