Alabama's top camp priority? Develop, encourage the kind of togetherness that was missing in 2013 |

The rehash has been endless.

The extensive and probing analysis of Alabama's sour end to 2013 knew no bounds during the nearly eight months separating its Sugar Bowl loss to Oklahoma and today's start to preseason camp. Whether it was in the immediate aftermath of the Sugar Bowl, the Senior Bowl, nationally syndicated radio interviews, A-Day or SEC Media Days, the reflection of all that what went wrong inside the Crimson Tide locker room throughout Nick Saban's seventh season at Alabama was far more prevalent than any other storyline.

Nick Saban reflects on impact of his Nick's Kids Fund on eve of practice |

The Nick's Kids Fund distributed more than $440,000 to 125 organizations this year. The fund supports causes like children, family, teacher and student causes. Saban donates his fees from speaking engagements and other events to the foundation.

But Nick Saban is pure evil and Satan incarnate, tho.

Decision day for Georgia linebacker Adonis Thomas; will he commit to Alabama or Florida? |

Thomas' head coach, Todd Wofford, told last week that Thomas would announce his choice tonight after Central Gwinnett's practice, likely around 5:30 p.m. CT.

Thomas is down to Alabama and Florida. Florida has long been considered the favorite, but Thomas' most recent visit was to Alabama earlier this month. Thomas did not take a trip to Florida for its Friday Night Lights last weekend, so Alabama got the last visit. Will that be enough?

Will Alabama still another recruit from Georgia this week? Wait, what's that? He doesn't have UGA on his list?

5-star Alabama quarterback commit Blake Barnett's family gets War Eagle vacation surprise |

"Nothing wrong with good humor," Lance Barnett told BamaOnline. "They did use red duct tape, so perhaps they are Bama fans at heart. Roll Tide."

I like this guy already.
