It's the week of the Iron Bowl.
I was originally going to throw out a bunch of words, stats, and reasons why this game should not be played (and it should be rotational only, as Auburn is an SEC-East team,) then I realized that the regional ag college in West Georgia isn't even worth my time -- merely worthy of contempt. The lion does not listen to the protestations of a gazelle, and Alabama fans damned sure have better things to do than listen to our lessers (in every respect) try and run smack -- made doubly delicious since Auburn math begins with numerals "1957, 1983, 2010."
Without further ado, THESE are the reasons Auburn is beneath contempt. And, for those of you do harbor some hate in your heart, there's plenty to fault with the dirt merchants.
Take your pick...so many horrible, awful, cultish things from one place. Such a nasty, brutish history of churlishness, looking for petty slights, dissembling, spreading malicious rumors when they lose-- surely, Texas A&M is jealous of these sorts of Branch Bovinian shenanigans.
Now, why do you hate Auburn?
