After a disappointing Day One of the 2015 NFL Draft for Landon Collins, things brightened up in a hurry as the New York Giants made him the first pick of the second round - the 33rd player chosen overall.

Many prognosticators had the former Bama safety pegged for the late first round but he will survive and thrive at the next level.
With only Cooper Taylor and Nat Berhe on the roster at safety, the Giants took a gamble that Collins would still be around for the second round. But they were not taking anymore chances trading up with Tennessee Titans to take the All-American to kickoff Day Two. The G-Men gave up their second-round pick (40th overall), fourth-round pick (108th overall) and one of their two seventh-round picks (245th overall) to make the move.
