We obviously don't use this space to spam you guys with a bunch of stuff, but since the prize is something that many Alabama fans would have interest in I thought I would offer it up. A friend of mine who also happens to be a UGA grad is raffling two tickets to Alabama at UGA on October 3. A $25 donation gets you one entry, but the odds are likely to be much better than most. Almost 2 years ago, Chuck Parris had a near fatal stroke that hospitalized him for 7 months and left him wheelchair bound. He only has very limited use in one arm and is unable to use his legs at all. Chuck continues to need care 24/7 leaving both him and his wife unable to work. They have a 6 year old son as well. This fundraiser will help the family with medical bills, therapy, and supplies needed to take care of Chuck.
Chuck is only 36 years old. Needless to say, these types of health issues are completely unexpected for a primary breadwinner of that age. If you have the means to do so, please consider clicking the link above and donating to enter. Drawing takes place on September 4. Good luck!
