SOME NOTES
- Coach Nick Saban was his fiery old self on the sideline during the game and a curmudgeon get-me-the-eff-outta-here in the post-game press conference. This is what Tide fans should be happy to see. When he is like this, he is at his best.
- Alabama is now 1-1 all-time against the Badgers. Wisconsin got the best of the Tide way back in 1928 in a game played in Madison. The Revenge tour rolls on...
- A few of the Houston Texans including Kareem Jackson, Jeoffrey Pagan, and JJ Watt made the short flight to Arlington to take in the game.

- Also at the game was Alabama hoops coach Avery Johnson who coached the Dallas Mavericks 2004–2005 (assistant), 2005–2008 (head coach).
