Football! Get excited.

Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

Last night we saw the Wahsington Huskies absolutely dismantle Stanford and the All-Media superstar, Christian McCaffrey. The Huskies have been trending up the last couple of years, and are looking like they might be a legitimate contender to watch out for this season.

At noon (11:00a.m. CT), the two best games will likely be Miami vs Georgia Tech and Texas vs Oklahoma State. Miami is looking decent in year one of the March Richt era, and the triple option offense of the Yellow Jackets is flourishing in quarterback Justin Thomas's senior year.

In the SEC, Florida takes on Vanderbilt while Arkansas gets a scrimmage game against Alcorn State. The slate of games will pick up as the day goes on, but hey, at least there is football being played.
