College Football Playoff Rankings Released

Guess who is at #1?

Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

No real surprise at the top, as Alabama is followed by Ohio State and Michigan, which will of course sort itself out. Some analysts are reading into Washington at #6 over Wisconsin, the presumption being that one of those two would likely jump Louisville upon winning a conference title. Wisconsin is likely to get a higher ranked opponent in their conference title game, however.

Stay Tuned.
