The Crimson Tide host the rapidly improving Razorbacks in what will hopefully be the final game of the season played in Coleman Coliseum. It's Senior Night, and there will be a nice pre-game introduction for Retin Obasohan and Arthur Edwards. Alabama wouldn't be anywhere near the NCAA Tournament if not for these two young men, and they deserve the recognition they will receive.
As far as the NCAA Tournament is concerned, this is a must-win game. There is no scenario where Alabama drops this one tonight and still pulls out an at-large bid to dance in March, barring some kind of magical run in Nashville. Avery Johnson will get his first crack at Mike Anderson's version of the "40 Minutes of Hell" made famous by the Arkansas legend Nolan Richardson. Anthony Grant actually had great success against Anderson during his time in Tuscaloosa by putting the clamps down on the pace of play. The Tide would be wise to follow that path tonight.
The game will tip at 8:00 PM CST and will be televised by the SEC Network.
