Lauren Beers, a two-time Academic All-American and two-time SEC Student Athlete of the year, is at it again, this time becoming the first three-time winner of the NCAA's Elite 90.

The Elite 90 is an NCAA-wide event that recognizes one student athlete per each of the 90 NCAA sanctioned sports. Three years in a row, Lauren has achieved more in the classroom than any other gymnast at the college level:

The ELITE 90, an award founded by the NCAA, recognizes the true essence of the student-athlete by honoring the individual who has reached the pinnacle of competition at the national championship level in his or her sport, while also achieving the highest academic standard among his or her peers. The Elite 90 is presented to the student-athlete with the highest cumulative grade-point average participating at the finals site for each of the NCAA’s 90 championships.

That is about as impressive as it gets, earning the award every year in which she eligible and making it a three-peat at that.

On top of hitting the books, Beers has captained the No. 4 Alabama gymnastics team to two SECs title in 2014-15, four straight NCAA regional titles, and three straight Super Six appearances (and counting.) Lauren has achieved all of this while dazzling campus and the mats with her infectious smile and buoyancy, becoming a crowd favorite and an Alabama legend.

Roll Tide, Lauren.
