Tony Brown's Suspension is Officially Over

We had suspected that Brown would be back for the Kentucky game.

We now have the official word on Tony Brown's suspension:

It will be interesting to see where Brown fits in. He has worked some at the star and money positions, but has also worked at safety in the dime with Ronnie Harrison moving to money.

He can also play cornerback. Anthony Averett has done a nice job overall, but Brown is a legitimate NFL-caliber athlete who will be difficult to keep off the field. It would be logical to think that he might push for time either playing the star position in nickel with Minkah staying at corner, or playing that outside corner position that Averett has been playing and allowing Minkah to move inside as he has been.

In any case, he has this week to get his legs before the big SEC stretch.
