Najee Harris Lands in Alabama

The Najee Harris “saga” has finally come to a close.

Per Hank South at BamaOnline, Najee indeed showed up in Birmingham alongside Tua Tagovailoa, just as Tua had said he would.

Not sure why Michigan thought they were going to be able to pull Harris from Alabama. He committed to Alabama a long time ago and never wavered. When asked recently, he literally said, “I’m still committed to Alabama.”

If anything, his mother probably wanted him to consider staying closer to home. In any event, Alabama’s backfield will continue to be loaded for the foreseeable future.
