Alabama will try to bounce back from an utterly abysmal week of basketball by taking on their biggest challenge to date: the SEC-leading South Carolina Gamecocks. Frank Martin has officially reshaped the South Carolina basketball program, as the 'Cocks are looking like a lock for the NCAA Tournament at this point. Potential SEC Player of the Year, Sindarius Thornwell, has been playing fantastic basketball, and the Gamecocks have only lost once this season when he's laced them up.
As bad as last week was, Alabama has a chance to make up for it with big win over a team most have pegged anywhere from a 4-seed to a 6-seed currently. The game will tip a bit early tonight, as it is expected to start at 5:30 PM CST. It will be televised on the SEC Network.
Starting Five:
Dazon Ingram, Riley Norris, Braxton Key, Bola Olaniyan and Donta Hall.
