SEC Tournament Semifinals: Kentucky Game Thread

#5 Alabama Crimson Tide 19-13 (10-8 SEC) vs #1 Kentucky Wildcats 27-5 (16-2 SEC)

Jim Brown-USA TODAY Sports

With a pair of double-digit wins in Nashville now on the ledger, the Alabama Crimson Tide have advanced to the semifinals of the SEC Tournament for the first time since 2013. Top seeded Kentucky (and their ferocious fan base) await Avery Johnson's team.'Bama needs an auto-bid from winning the SEC Tournament if they want to go dancing in the NCAA Tournament, but this game is basically an NCAA Tournament game in its own right. Win and advance, or lose and get ready for the NIT.

Can the Tide get enough going on offense to help its elite defense out? Will they be able to pull off the biggest win in the last decade of the program?

The game tips-off at high noon CST and will be televised on ESPN.
