The second half was much the same as the first: The Tide running some vanilla schemes, and fighting their instincts to sleepwalk against an overmatched foe, nevertheless turned it on seemingly at will.
The running game took center stage, and a lot of the youngsters got playing time on defense. Pappanastos was perfect with two longer kicks. There were no injuries. And, it’ll wind up being a good win when the season’s over.
Can’t ask for more than that.
