The Tide started fast and finished a little slow, but in the end it was Saban 101: get up big early, sit on the ball late, and leave with a victory and plenty of coaching points. The mental errors have to cease in Santa Clara as there will be no margin for error against an excellent Clemson squad. Plenty of time to worry about that, though. Savor this one.
