The Crimson Tide picked up commitment number seven from 4-star cornerback Christian Williams out of Daphne, AL (alma mater of T.J. Yeldon and Ryan Anderson).
He is 6’1” 182 lbs and has been clocked at 4.5 in the 40. The 247sports Comp ranks him the No. 10 cornerback and the No. 101 overall player in the country. Williams finished his junior season with 27 tackles, an interception and a fumble recovery.
As a lifelong Crimson Tide, he saw no reason to put off the inevitable.

Williams chose the Crimson Tide over Auburn, LSU, Florida, and Tennessee among others. Joe Pannunzio was the primary recruiter with help from Karl Scott.
