Like he was going anywhere else...

The 4-star Pro-Style QB had offers from several schools including LSU, Michigan, Oregon, Tennessee, Clemson, Notre Dame and many other. Meeting new quarterbacks coach Dan Enos was a big factor.
“I really liked him a lot,” Tyson said. “Me and him had a really good fit. He liked the style of play that I run and it just kind of fits that type of offense at Alabama. Honestly, we just connected well together. It was a lot of fun getting to meet him.”
Last season, Tyson completed 238 of 336 passes (70.8%) for 3,392 yards, 36 TD, 4 INT and ran for 3 scores. He is 6’4”, 217 lbs.
Alabama also got a commitment from a 4-star DT out the Atlanta, GA area (so much for that wall Kirby was putting up). Rashad Cheney out of Ellenwood, GA also Tweeted his commitment on Thursday.
After a great talk with coach Saban I am 100% COMMITED to the University of Alabama. I would like to thank all Universities who gave me an opportunity to get a free education and chase my dreams.I feel as if this is the best decision for me #ROLLTIDE #LongLiveJimmy pic.twitter.com/obYWptbaa6

Cheney is 6’2”, 270 lbs and crazy quick. He picked Bama over UGA.
Alabama now has six commits for the Class of 2019. This could turn out to be another one of those classes Tide fans will be telling their grandkids about.
