NSFW: It’s Meltdown time! Week 12

Hello friends and welcome back to a wonderful meltdown week! This week I especially enjoyed watching a few fan bases with fans who’ve been quite rude melt down in real time which makes the melting extra special.

A quick housekeeping note: I’m sorry there was no all-Bama meltdown last week. I’m starting a new job and we got our signals crossed so just wanted to apologize for depriving y’all of that content. I’m sure the people in my section at the stadium alone could’ve filled an epic melt.

Now with the season so late on every loss hurts that much more. It’s why we all get thankful for college football around turkey day. We say thanks for epic battles resulting in livid and despondent fanbases. Without further ado let’s get to the butthurt.

Undefeated Baylor hosted Oklahoma for College Gameday’s key matchup. After rolling out to a tenuous 28-3 lead the Bears would go scoreless in the second half and end up losing 34-31. Chip and Joanna didn’t deserve this.

Texas went up to Ames with aspirations of still making the Big 12 championship. Despite looking abysmal offensively for the first three quarters the Longhorns were able to mount a comeback and score 14 points in the final quarter. It wasn’t enough as Texas lost on a last second field goal: 23-21.

Minnesota and P.J. Fleck rowed their undefeated boats into Iowa as a top 10 team in a night game at Iowa. Those almost never go well for the undefeateds and this one was no different. The fighting boat-rowers lost 23-19.

Auburn took on Georgia in a game filled with two destructive defenses and two absolutely unwatchable offenses. Towards the end of the first half a Georgia running back tried to avoid contact with a photographer and ended up kneeing her in the head and knocking her unconscious for several minutes. I’m glad to say that Georgia student photographer Chaimberlain Smith is home with her family making a full recovery. The Tigers offense put up a previously unimaginable 14 points in the fourth quarter and still managed to lose 21-14.

Bad words follow from people who don’t care about disappointing the bad word haters. If you are a bad word hater please consider not scrolling down if you don’t want to be disappointed.

Add to that, a few weeks back in the Auburn/LSU game, he called LSU Grant Delpit’s injury “interesting” in regards to the matchup against Alabama. While Delpit is still on the ground injured.

Gary lacks empathy for others and doesn’t deserve to be on TV anymore.
