Alabama Football Heading To Florida For January Bowl Game

The Crimson Tide learned their post-season fate on Sunday.

Alabama will face the Michigan in the Citrus Bowl on January 1, 2020 at noon/1pm

The all-time series between the Crimson Tide and the Wolverines is knotted at two wins apiece. The last meeting was in a JerryWorld kickoff game in 2012 when the Tide walloped UM 41-14.

The previous three meetings before 2012:

  • 2000 Orange Bowl: Michigan 35 Alabama 34 - OT
  • 1997 Outback Bowl: Alabama 17 - Michigan 14
  • 1988 Hall of Fame Bowl: Michigan 28 Alabama 24

  • Saban vs Harbaugh
  • Former Ole Miss QB Shea Patterson vs the Alabama defense.
  • Najee vs Harbaugh - ol’ khaki pants thought he had the Tide RB heading to Ann Arbor.
