All quiet on the ‘crootin front as there was no news out of Tuscaloosa after the Crimson Tide had four official visitors last weekend:

DT Ishmael Sopsher (Amite, LA) Former 5-star/high 4-stars, uncommitted. Alabama and LSU deadlock.

LB Henry To’oto’o (Concord, CA) High 4-stars, uncommitted. Alabama slight edge over Washington, Oregon, Utah, and cute adorable little Tennessee bringing up the rear. Nick Saban visited him in California on Thursday.

TE Brett Seither (Clearwater, FL) 3-stars, uncommitted. Georgia and Alabama with Penn State, Maryland and TCU.

OT Javonne Shepherd (Houston, TX) 4-stars, Texas commit. Texas and Texas A&M with Alabama.

LB Daniel Heimuli (Menlo Park, CA) 4-stars, uncommitted. Washington leading Alabama with Oregon in third. Saban visited him in California on Thursday. Will not make the trip.

RB Jerrion Ealy (Flowood, MS) 5-stars, uncommitted. Clemson, Alabama, Ole Miss, Baltimore Orioles. This one is a unique situation in that he might be a one and done and gone to baseball. Much like Ben Simmons’ choice of LSU, Ealy may just want to go where he will have the most fun. If that is the case, it probably won’t be Ole Miss. Tuscaloosa is much closer to Flowood than Clemson, if that matters to him. Also, I’ve heard this Charles Huff feller can ‘croot like the Dickens! Stay tuned...
