Bowl season rolls on.
Good afternoon from a dreary and rainy Legion Field, where Cincinnati and Boston College are set to play in the TicketSmarter @Birmingham_Bowl at 2pm. pic.twitter.com/UFuh11r8kB

BIRMINGHAM BOWL
Boston College vs Cincinnati (-8) 2pm/3pm ESPN Legion Field, Birmingham, AL
This one is a bit of a mismatch. BC barely made it to 6-6, thanks in part to wins over Richmond and Rutgers. The Screaming Eagles will be without fired head coach Steve Addazio and star running back AJ Dillon who is preparing for the NFL Draft.
Cincy is one of the stronger non-P5 teams beating the likes of UCLA and UCF en route to a record of 10-3. They won the AAC East but lost twice to Memphis and once to Ohio State.
To make things worse, it is raining heavily and there have been reports of lightning in the area.
Several people have reported Indiana fans buying a bunch of Gator Bowl tickets, too, but what I’ve seen the past several days in Jacksonville is heavily orange-tinted. Some crimson here, but a ton of orange.

GATOR BOWL
Indiana vs Tennessee 6pm/7pm ESPN Jacksonville, FL
This matchup should be much more entertaining. The Vols (7-5) are favored by 3½ but don’t sleep on the Hoosiers (8-4). They are No. 14 in the nation in passing offense averaging 308.7 passing yards per game.
Weather is Jacksonville should be clear and 66°.
