Alabama vs Clemson Game Thread

Alabama Crimson Tide (3-1) v. Clemson Tigers (4-0)

NCAA Basketball: Texas A&M at Alabama Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

The Tide take on another major test tonight in the Holiday Hoopsgiving event in Atlanta, as Brad Brownell’s undefeated Clemson Tigers are set to face Alabama. This is another huge opportunity for Nate Oats’ squad to get a resume-building win in the shortened non-conference slate. With next Saturday’s scheduled match-up with a top-ten Houston team now in jeopardy, due to COVID issues with the Cougars, resume-boosting non-conference opportunities are getting increasingly rare. So, this is big.

Clemson, for it’s part, could very well find itself in the Top 25 with a win in tonight’s showdown. They are a deep, talented team that plays elite defense. It’s going to take Alabama’s best effort to come away with a ‘W’ tonight.

The game will tip at 7:00 PM CST (which was pushed back from 6:30 PM CST this morning) and is only available on ACC Network+. If you have ESPN+, you should also be able to stream this game. If not, give Chris Stewart and Bryan Passink a listen on the radio.
