Alabama vs Ole Miss Game Thread

Alabama Crimson Tide (5-3, 0-0 SEC) v. Ole Miss Rebels (5-1, 0-0)

NCAA Basketball: East Tennessee State at Alabama Marvin Gentry-USA TODAY Sports

The Crimson Tide get set to host the Ole Miss Rebels in the opening game of SEC play for both teams. With 2021 only a few days away, both squads are looking to spring into the new year with some strong momentum, and tonight’s game will do just that for the victor. As both teams are likely on the outside looking in regarding the NCAA Tournament, this will be a critical match-up, especially considering how brutal the start of conference play is for the Tide.

John Petty and James Rojas are both expected back in the line-up tonight for Nate Oats’ squad, though both will be coming off of the bench. Josh Primo and Keon Ellis will be getting the start in their place, along with usual starters Herb Jones, Jaden Shackelford, and Jordan Bruner.

This is a big one, folks. The game will tip at 8:05 PM CST and will be televised on the SEC Network.
