The shoe that seemed inevitable to drop did so this afternoon, as the NCAA effectively canceled college sports for the remainder of the school year.

For most of us, a cancellation of this nature is unprecedented in our lifetimes. There will be no NCAA tournament, no College World Series, no Women’s College World Series, no Super Six.

We don’t know at this point whether spring football practice will go on, but it’s obvious at this point that every precaution will be taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We will keep you updated as any further information is shared.

So, with college sports gone, what would y’all like to talk about?

Seriously, any ideas that you may have to inspire conversation in the months ahead will be considered. It’s a long time until the fall, and we can only hope that this thing has leveled off by then. Please chime in with your thoughts.

Roll Tide.
