Happy Monday, everyone. Slim pickins as you might expect, but here we go.
Alabama is an early 13 point favorite over Auburn according to one book.
Auburn is listed as an early 13-point underdog in the Iron Bowl against Alabama in the 2020 season, according to preseason odds released recently by FanDuel. The regular-season finale for the rivals is in Tuscaloosa, where the Tigers have not won since Cam Newton led the Tigers to a double-digit comeback inside Bryant-Denny Stadium in 2010.
No, that is not too big. Personally, I think they should be favored by about 40.
Alabama is also getting seven points against Georgia.
I think Christian Harris is ready to get back to work.

You know those young linebackers are going to be chomping at the bit to prove that they are capable after hearing all of the mostly deserved criticism. That position should be a legitimate strength this year.

Then comes the playoff. The eight-team playoff. Five conference champions — not just the choices of a committee but five Power Five champions. There would also be two wild-card selections and one guaranteed Group of Five representative. The committee would thus still have something to do, and ESPN would have a weekly rankings show to talk things over. Four games on New Year’s weekend. If the Rose Bowl wants in, great. If not, take two teams that are left over and have a nice parade.
Oh, no. Cecil baby, what is you doin’?
Chance Warmack is going to Seattle.
Former Alabama All-American Chance Warmack will try to return to the NFL in 2020 after agreeing to sign with the Seattle Seahawks, his agent said on Sunday.
Warmack did not play during the 2019 season.
The signing reunites Warmack and D.J. Fluker. They were teammates for four seasons at Alabama. Fluker played right offensive tackle for the Crimson Tide, but he’s been at right guard for the past two seasons with the Seahawks.
Brings back memories of that 2012 line, doesn’t it?
Last, if you ever wondered what it would feel like to be nearly 90 inches tall, here is your answer.
