On Thursday, former Alabama quarterback Tua Tagovailoa worked out at virtual pro day in Nashville with the assist of former NFL quarterback Trent Dilfer. A video of the passing session was sent to all 32 teams. It was a one-hour long session with 52 scripted throws and another 20 throws in a dynamic drill setting.

The main two receivers were Alabama’s Jerry Jeudy and Vandy WR Kalija Lipscomb.

Longtime NFL reporter Chris Mortensen posted the videos in a series of Tweets.

“Enjoyed watching this entire workout. His feet were crisp, the ball jumped out of his hand. I thought overall his hip looked fine. He was a little fatigued at the end of the workout and you can see him protect the hip a little bit. Overall, really good progress.”

“For everyone suggesting that NFL GMs and executives won’t pay attention to Tua’s workout video, I would like to remind them that scouts routinely ask video coordinators to send Pro Day workouts to their respective teams. Coaches/execs will certainly study and take notes #NFLDraft”
