POLL: Who Should Represent Alabama During SEC Media Days?

SECMD will be an odd affair in 2020.

NCAA Football: SEC Media Days
No crazies this year.
Adam Hagy-USA TODAY Sports

SEC Media Days is going virtual this year, taking place from July 13-16. It is sure to be a big borefest as this event is not as much fun without crazy Bama fans and reporters fighting each other to see who can be first to ask Nick Saban a hypothetical question. It is the clamoring and uncomfortableness that makes this gathering enjoyable viewing.

It is a real shame too, being that this will be the first appearances for the always quotable new Ole Miss coach Lane Kiffin and the whack-job that is new MSU coach Mike Leach. And so sad for UGA fans who finally got SECMD moved to Atlanta for one year. It will be centralized from the College Football Hall of Fame.

For now, it is assumed that three players from each team will participate as has been done in the past, but it could be whittled down to one or two. Who would you like to see represent Alabama?

DYLAN MOSES - Back for one more go-around after missing all of last season, this middle linebacker has a great deal to prove in 2020.

MAC JONES - Bringing in the brainiac apple pie quarterback looks like a no-brainer, but what if he ends up not even starting?!?!

DEVONTA SMITH - It might be good to bring the quiet shy receiver out of his shell and make him more outspoken in the locker room.

JAYLEN WADDLE - Only a junior but an exciting player.

LANDON DICKERSON - This RS senior is quickly becoming a leader of what might be a historically great offensive line.

NAJEE HARRIS - The surprise return to the Capstone will be the first question asked of the guy who will be the centerpiece of the offense.

PATRICK SURTAIN II - Already a junior, it is time for him to take over leadership of an inexperienced secondary.

OTHER - Who did I miss (besides Ben Davis)?
