NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen Live Thread: Day One

After a few days off (man, it felt like forever), the NCAA Tournament resumes today with the first four match-ups of the Regional Semifinals, otherwise known as the Sweet Sixteen. The action begins at 1:40 PM CDT on CBS with a match-up of cinderellas - 8th-seeded Loyola-Chicago vs 12th-seeded Oregon State. The rest of the Saturday slate is as follows:

• #1 Baylor vs #5 Villanova - 4:15 PM CDT on CBS
• #15 Oral Roberts vs #3 Arkansas - 6:25 PM CDT on TBS
• #11 Syracuse vs #2 Houston - 8:55 PM CDT on TBS

So, we’ve got a couple of underdogs trying to keep their magical runs alive. Should be another great day of college hoops. I’ll have the Breakdown for Alabama’s match-up with UCLA tomorrow night along shortly.
